Personal tags for your team, leaderboards and competitions that keep them asking, and your own feedback forms.

A personal code for every team member

Everyone on your team wears their own code. Guests scan it with the phone camera to share how their visit went. No app, no account.

Every scan scores a point

Each scan earns a point for the team member who asked. The points build a live team leaderboard, so good service finally gets the credit it deserves.

The team’s month in 20 seconds of story cards, with the rating, the leaderboard and the wins to celebrate. Ready to share at the next team briefing.

Built for groups that run at scale

Hundreds of reviews a week, dozens of locations, one brand. Everything head office needs to stay in control without slowing anyone down.

Proven in franchise restaurants

Running every day at high-volume locations

Brand standards, set once

Set tone and rules for the whole brand, and every location follows them. Adjust any location that needs its own touch, and always see which ones differ.

Rules for anything

Anything you always want said, or never want said, becomes a rule. Write it in plain words, or turn a manager’s edit into one, and every reply at every location follows it.

Every location on one scale

Compare locations by rating, answer times and guest sentiment. Look at the whole group or one restaurant, and see what guests mention everywhere.

Franchisee, owner of three McDonald’s restaurants in Lucerne, Switzerland

Rated 5 out of 5
I no longer worry that one of our restaurants sends a reply that’s off-tone or simply wrong. Now every restaurant replies in our own voice, our ratings have gone up, and it takes me minutes a week instead of my evenings.

Frequently asked questions

Does anything go out without our approval?
Only what you allow. For each star rating you choose Auto or Manual, and automatic replies wait a few minutes so you can stop them.
How do the tags work?
Each team member wears one. A customer taps or scans it with their phone and lands on your review page.
Will our team’s names be public?
No. The team leaderboard opens only with a tag code, and colleagues appear anonymously.
What do we get every month?
A report for owners and managers, and a recap for the team. Anyone can receive the report, no account needed.
What is the waitlist?
We onboard groups in batches. Everyone on the waitlist keeps the early-bird price.
